Let the batter rest for half an hour and then bake the pancakes in a hot pan as usual. It is better to bake such pancakes in a small frying pan - 18-20 cm in diameter: it is easier to turn pancakes over, and the cake is high. Stack the ready-made pancakes and leave to cool.

For the cream, beat the mascarpone cottage cheese with a mixer, add the jam and mix. Do not put all the jam at once, try it so that it does not turn out too sweet .
