These pancakes are so tender, appetizing, with a wonderful creamy aroma, you just want to eat everything - but it's better not to do this, they are quite fatty, better call the guests and treat yourself to the whole company!

Recipe "Pancakes with cottage cheese "
Ingredients for 10-15 portions
Milk
500 ml
Flour
200 g
Egg

3 tbsp. spoons
Butter
20 g
Melted butter for frying
Whole cottage cheese for filling
300g
Sour cream for filling
1 tbsp. spoon
Raisins for filling
30 g
Egg for filling
1 pc.
Sugar for filling

Using a whisk, beat the eggs with salt and sugar.

Add warm milk, stir well.

Pour in the sifted flour in portions, stirring well each time. Leave the dough for half an hour at room temperature.

Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg and sugar, rub thoroughly with a fork into a homogeneous mixture .

Add the raisins (pre-soaked in boiling water and dried) and stir. Keep the finished filling in the refrigerator.

Add melted butter to the standing dough, stir and fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan. Grease the pan with melted butter.

Put one hundred tablespoons of filling on each pancake and roll up with tubes, wrapping the edges inside.
