Delicate, creamy and without animal products, it's the perfect dessert for vegans and the lean table. It resembles a panna cotta, but with a slightly denser texture. You can experiment with tastes: replace part of the cream with berry puree, add cinnamon instead of vanilla sugar, or prepare chocolate blancmange with cocoa.

Ingredients for 4 servings
coconut cream
400 ml
cornstarch
40 g
sugar
60 g
vanilla sugar

Step 1/4
Mix the coconut cream in a saucepan with ordinary and vanilla sugar, bring to a boil and reduce the heat.
Step 2/4
Combine the starch with 50 ml of cold water and pour a thin stream into the cream mass, stirring constantly with a whisk. Wait for the mass to thicken and remove from the heat.
Step 3/4
Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until completely set.
Step 4/4
Serve blancmange with fresh berries or berry sauce.
