Recipe "Biscuit apple roll"
Ingredients for 4 servings
Eggs

Sugar
80 g
Flour
100 g
Baking powder
½ tsp
Apples
2 pcs. (about 230 g, as much as possible - it will be juicier )
Lemon juice
1 tbsp
Step 1/5
Separate the whites from the yolks and whisk them with the sugar until firm peaks.
Step 2/5
Add the yolks, sifted flour and baking powder and mix well to achieve a smooth texture.
Step 3/5
Peel the apples, grate them on a coarse grater and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 4/5
Put the apples on the bottom of the tin, flatten and fill with dough. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 160-170C.
Step 5/5
Gently roll the finished cake into a roll, let it cool - and you can enjoy.
