Recipe "Bagels with cottage cheese "

Step 1/6
Boil two hard-boiled eggs. While the eggs are cooking, marinate the onions - cut a quarter of the onion into thin feathers, pour boiling water and add vinegar, leave to marinate.

Thinly cut the cucumbers along with a peeler or a sharp knife, place them in a glass of cold water, so they become more crispy and hold a beautiful shape.

For the base of the filling for bagels, prepare a dressing of cottage cheese (1 tbsp set aside for the filling with avocado and egg). Combine the curd cheese, finely chopped dill, half the finely chopped pickled red onion, salt and black pepper. Spread the halves of bagels with cottage cheese dressing.

For the avocado egg bagel, dice the finished eggs. Add half an avocado to them (mash with a fork or also dice). Add salt, pepper, mustard and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of curd cheese. Stir and put on half a bagel with cottage cheese, you can add microgreens on top.

For the trout bagel, put the trout slices, pickled onions and cucumber slices on the curd cheese. You can add microgreens, capers, sprinkle with lemon.

Cover the bagels with the remaining halves.
