A bento cake is a small Korean-style cake, usually packaged in a lunchbox. It is distinguished by its compact size, simplicity of design and cute, minimalistic decorations, often with humorous inscriptions or drawings.

"Burning bento cake" recipe
Ingredients for 1-2 portions

Step 1/10
Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy, 2-3 minutes.

Add flour, baking powder and vegetable oil. Gently stir.

Wrap a 9-10cm pastry ring in foil. Lay out the dough and bake for 15 minutes at 180C.

For the cream, whisk together the cheese, vanilla, condensed milk and softened butter until smooth.

Cool the biscuit and cut into 3 cakes.

Layer each biscuit with cream.

Put waffle paper with a secret inscription or apply the inscription with icing. Before serving, make sides from cream about 2-3 cm high, put waffle paper with a inscription that you will burn. Make cream sides along the edges of the paper.
