Recipe "Protein Bagel with Tuna"
Ingredients for 4 servings

For the filling:
canned tuna

egg

Step 1/9
Place the cottage cheese in a large bowl, add the eggs, add the sugar and salt. Mix the mass until smooth with an immersion blender or rub thoroughly with a fork.

Mix the rice flour with baking powder and pour into a bowl with the curd mass. Knead the plastic dough with your hands. Cover it and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Place the dough on the work surface and divide into 8 parts. Roll each into a 1.5-2 cm diameter roller and roll into a ring. Pinch the joint firmly.

Preheat the oven to 170C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Arrange the bagels on it, leaving a free space of at least 2 cm between the blanks.

Sprinkle the bagels with sesame seeds as desired and bake at medium oven level for 35-40 minutes. Transfer to a wooden board, cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the onion into half rings or rings, fry lightly.

Then pour the mixture of tuna and two eggs on top, mix and leave on a medium heat under the lid for 6-8 minutes.

Add the grated cheese to the mixture and let it melt.

Cut the slightly cooled bagels, put the tuna filling on one of the halves, cover the second and serve.
