Ingredients for 4 servings
Beef Stroganoff
400 g
Wheat flour/s
1 tbsp. spoon
Onions
1 pc.
Champignons
3-4 pcs.
Cream 20%
50 ml
Vegetable mixture "Three cabbage "
1 pack (400g)
Carrot mini
200 g
Soy sauce
20 ml
Paprika
pinch
Salt
to taste
Ground black pepper
to taste
Vegetable oil
30 ml

Step 1/4
Peel the onions and cut into thin strips, cut the mushrooms into slices (about 3-5 mm thick). In vegetable oil over a high heat, fry beef beef stroganoff until crusted.

Add the onion and mushrooms, fry until the onion is golden. Add flour, stir.
Step 3/4
Reduce the temperature to medium, add cream, salt and black pepper, stir and cook over low heat until the cream thickens.
Step 4/4
Fry the frozen assorted cabbage and fresh carrots, stirring, until cooked over medium heat in butter with the addition of paprika and soy sauce. It takes about 10 minutes. Serve the beef stroganoff hot with the vegetables, garnished with microgreens and sprinkled with black pepper.
