Recipe "Turkey thigh with garlic and herbs"
Ingredients for 4 servings
Turkey thigh fillet
1 pc.
Garlic
1 clove
Zest and juice of half a lemon
Olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
Small bunch of parsley
Thyme
2 sprigs
Freshly ground black and allspice

Remove the zest from half the lemon with a grater (try not to touch the white part) and squeeze out the juice, mix with olive oil, add salt and pepper. Grate the resulting marinade into the thigh fillets on all sides and leave for 15-30 minutes.

Put the sliced garlic and herbs inside the fillet.

Chop the edges of the fillet with toothpicks or tie it with a rope, put in a baking bag. Bake at 180S for 1.5 hours - the turkey will become soft, and the bag will not let it dry.

Carefully remove the finished thigh from the bag, let rest for 5 minutes and serve!
