Recipe "Loaf stuffed with herring, carrots, eggs and herbs"
Ingredients for 4 servings
kefir loaf
1 pc.
butter
200 g
herring fillets
1 pc.
boiled carrots
1 pc.
eggs
2 pcs.
onion green
30 g
salt
to taste
Step 1/10
Cut off one edge of the loaf. Remove all flesh through the hole. Remove the flesh from the cut off part of the loaf.

Grind the flesh with your hands and mix with finely chopped herbs.

Melt the butter and pour it into the loaf.

Boil the eggs. Peel and grate.

Grate boiled carrots on a coarse grater.

Cut the herring into cubes.

Combine all the chopped ingredients with the flesh of the loaf. Add salt to taste.
