Ingredients for 4-8 servings

lamb ham without bone
1 piece (1-1.5 kg)
onions
1 pc.
rosemary
1 sprig
cumin
0.5 tsp
mint
2 sprigs
garlic
2 cloves
coriander
0.5 tsp
ground black pepper
0.5 tsp
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
salt
to taste

Roughly cut the onion into roughly 0.5cm thick rings. Place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Spread the lamb on a board. Crush the garlic, coriander and pepper with a knife and place in the middle of the piece. Place rosemary, mint, jeera and salt there.

Fold the lamb in half lengthways so the greens and spices are inside. Tie the meat with a culinary barrel.
