Ingredients for 2 servings
Lamb loin in one piece
Potatoes 3-4 pcs.
A few sprigs of rosemary
Garlic

Wash the potatoes well with a brush and cut into not too large slices, salt and stir well with your hands so that the salt is evenly distributed. Put two large sheets of foil on a baking sheet so that the edges hang down, lay out the potatoes, spread the leaves of one sprig of rosemary .
