Recipe "Banana pancakes (without eggs )"
Ingredients for 4 servings
ripe banana
1 pc.
fine whole grain flour
1 cup (200 ml)
milk
200 ml
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
coconut sugar
1 tbsp. spoon
soda
at the tip of a knife
lemon juice
1 tsp
salt
pinch
walnuts
for filing

Peel the ripe banana, break coarsely, pour 150 ml of milk and beat in a blender until smooth.
Step 2/3
Sift flour into the milk and banana mixture, add salt, sugar, cinnamon, soda and lemon juice, stir well, if the dough is too thick, add more milk or water.
Step 3/3
Immediately fry the fritters in a hot greased pan. Sprinkle the finished fritters with chopped nuts, serve with condensed milk, sour cream or date syrup - very tasty!
