Recipe "Artichokes with dried tomatoes and mozzarella "
Ingredients for 3 servings
artichokes
3 pcs.
mozzarella
3 mugs 1 cm thick
lemon
0.5 pcs.
sun-dried tomatoes
6-8 pcs.
Step 1/6
Remember each artichoke slightly, determining where the kidney has a hard place. Cut off the soft part with a knife before starting the hard part. Cut the leaves off the rest with a sharp knife.
Step 2/6
Remove the soft, fluffy core completely (this is important).
Step 3/6
Put cold water in a bowl, squeeze the juice of half a lemon there and put the artichoke peeled from the leaves and fluffy core so that it does not darken. Repeat with the rest of the artichokes.
Step 4/6
Place the artichokes on a baking tray or in a roasting tin. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Place on artichokes.
Step 5/6
Put a mug of mozzarella on each artichoke.
Step 6/6
Bake the artichokes in the oven at 180 ℃ for about 20 minutes.
