Ingredients for 2-3 servings
rabbit legs
1 pack (~ 700 g )
fragrant apples
2 pcs.
champignons
200 g
onion red
1 pc.
garlic
3 cloves
thyme and rosemary
a few twigs
white wine
100 ml
olive oil
freshly ground black pepper
salt
Step 1/4
Fry the rabbit legs in olive oil until golden brown on both sides and transfer to a baking dish.
Step 2/4
Peel champignons and cut into quarters, cut onions with thin feathers. Lightly fry the onions and champignons in the remaining oil from the rabbit
Step 3/4
Place over the legs, add the spicy herb leaves and whole garlic cloves. Cut the apples into wedges and add to the rabbit, salt, pour in the wine, cover the tin with a sheet of foil and bake at 180 degrees for about an hour. Increase the heat to 200 degrees, remove the foil and cook for about half an hour more .
