Confit Duck Orange Rice Recipe
Ingredients for 2 servings
basmati rice
150 g.
duck spuds confit
1 pack
freshly squeezed orange juice
100 ml.
onions
1 pc.
turmeric
pinch
sesame mixture
2 tsp
salt
Step 1/4
Rinse the rice, cover with boiling water (100ml) and orange juice, add salt and turmeric, stir, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until tender.
Step 2/4
Cut the onion with feathers.
Step 3/4
Remove the spuds from the packaging, place in the pan along with the fat, add the onion and cook over a low heat, covered, while the rice cooks.
Step 4/4
Put rice and spuds on plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve.
