Aquafresca (from Spanish aqua fresca) literally translates as "fresh water." It is a soft drink made from fruits, berries, vegetables and water. That is, in fact, watermelon lemonade. We suggest preparing watermelon aquafresque with raspberries, lime and mint - it is ideal for summer and watermelon season.
