Recipe "Adjika homemade"
Ingredients
tomatoes pink
1 kg
Ramiro pepper
2 pcs.
red hot pepper
5 pcs.
horse-radish
100 g
garlic
2 heads
salt
0.5 tbsp. spoons
vinegar 9%
1 tbsp. spoon
sugar
1 tbsp. spoon
Step 1/10
Wash and dry all vegetables.
Step 2/10
Randomly chop the tomatoes and peppers, removing the seeds from the latter.
Step 3/10
Disassemble the garlic into cloves, remove the husks.
Step 4/10
Pass all the vegetables through a meat grinder to make a smooth mass.

Add horseradish, salt and sugar.
Step 6/10
Bring the adjika to the boil and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from the heat and pour in the vinegar, stir.

Sterilize jars and lids.
Step 9/10
Arrange the hot adjika in hot jars and roll up.
Step 10/10
Store the adjika in a cool, dark place.
