That very classic apricot jam, the so-called five-minute jam. To achieve transparency, you need to be patient and not rush. In fact, cooking itself is quite a bit, most of the time the jam is simply infused in a secluded corner of the kitchen - everything is like our grandmothers. Cook more at once, because a jar of apricot jam in winter is a real gift and a reminder of summer.

Recipe "Apricot jam-five-minute"

Step 1/7
Cut the apricots into halves and remove the bones.
Step 2/7
Cover the fruits with sugar and leave overnight for the apricots to juice.
Step 3/7
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, turn off and set aside for a day.
Step 4/7
The next day, bring to a boil again and cook for another 5 minutes, remove the foam. Set aside for 10-12 hours.

Bring back to the boil and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside for a few hours.

Sterilize the jars in the oven or over steam. Bring the jam to the boil and pour hot into the jars. Cover or sprinkle sugar on top and cover with paper circles, tied with a cask.

Apricot jam is done.
