In the dry form, mate tea looks like a light brown heterogeneous mixture in which both dust and large fractions are present.
Do not rush to reject brewing in which there is a fine powder: if its content does not exceed 15-20%, this indicates that the raw materials are of high quality and thoroughly dried.

How to tell if your tea is in good condition:
- The color of the mixture should be uniform light brown, without inclusions of dark or red;
